1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched
- During sale seasons or festive periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days
📦 Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across India using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Shipping Charges: Calculated based on order value and weight at checkout
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above a minimum value (displayed at checkout)
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural pincodes may take an additional 2–3 business days
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across select pincodes in India.
- COD availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode
- A small COD handling fee may be charged (displayed at checkout before you confirm)
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- In case of repeated non-availability or refusal, your address may be blocked from future COD orders
⚠️ COD orders that are refused or returned will not be eligible for re-dispatch. Please confirm your order before placing it.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time.

- You can also visit www.getcurated.shop and use the “Track My Order” feature
- If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation, please contact us
6. Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s what to do:
- Wrong Address: If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at getcurated.shop@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is dispatched.
- Missing Package: If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 1 day of delivery.
