Returns & Refund Policy

At GetCurated.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 1 day of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet all the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • The item is in its original packaging (box, bag, or protective wrapping)
  • You have your order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase


⚠️ Important: Our return window is just 1 day from the date of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us the same day if there is any issue.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers
  • Perishable goods (food, beverages, flowers, or plants)
  • Digital downloads, software licenses, and e-vouchers
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or personalised products made to your specifications

3. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. You can email us at getcurated.shop@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 97783 92556.
  2. Share your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the same business day. Please do not send items back without this number — returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel, and ship it to the address we provide.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, here is what to expect:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received
  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned item
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, etc.)
  • Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount
  • No restocking fee is charged on standard returns


📌 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Damaged or Defective Items

We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect! Please contact us within 1 day of delivery so we can make it right immediately.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage or issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item and outer packaging


We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at absolutely no charge to you.


5a. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item):

  • GetCurated.shop covers all return shipping costs
  • A prepaid shipping label will be arranged and sent to you
  • No additional charges apply


If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, incorrect size ordered, etc.):

  • A flat return shipping fee of 500 is applicable, payable by the customer
  • This fee will be deducted from your refund amount
  • Please use a trackable courier service — GetCurated.shop is not liable for items lost in transit


💰 Return Shipping Summary: FREE for defective/wrong items | 500 (customer-borne) for all other returns
